If any product you order does not meet your needs for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (if prepaid) or credit to your account (if we’ve billed you.) No questions asked. We ask that you decide within 30 days whenever possible, but more time is never a problem.

For services, we won’t start work until you approve the scope of work and the proposed fee and authorize us to begin. You always have the flexibility of cancelling ongoing services at any time for any reason.
