Senior care organizations are receiving a great deal of attention as the COVID-19 outbreak progresses, and we are working closely with our clients to keep their residents, staff, and families informed during this crisis. As your communication partner, we’d like to share examples of information some of our senior care and other web clients have been posting on their sites to keep everyone up to date.
We are seeing these SIX types of Coronavirus content:
Fresh page content:
Describing infection control policies, procedures, precautions, etc.: www.klinegalland.org/covid-19
Online forms:
Helping followers to stay connected by signing up for ongoing updates. In this example, the sign up form is at the end of the blog. (NOTE: if you include this, be sure you have the program in place to provide such updates) www.gracehcthreerivers.com/covid-19-facility-update-3-11-20
Home page pop-ups and banners:
Grabbing site visitors’ attention and directing them to learn more at a new inside page: www.klinegalland.org
Automated email:
Immediate updates to those who are the most impacted by your changes, whether residents, loved ones, vendors, and/or community partners.
Blog and share on social media:
Help followers by sharing posts that link back to the other content elements.
Print collateral:
Providing on-site updates, policy info, and key reminders, at entry points and public gathering areas. These could include posters, flyers, and mirror clings. They reinforce your organization’s commitment to ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
We want to assure our clients that our web team is standing by if you have information to share on your site. Please submit a web support ticket to webmaster@illuminage.com or call 800-448-5213. Please let them know if you desire to deliver this content through other vehicles. Our content team is also ready to help.
